Installation

First-Time Setup

Operating Procedures

  3. Frying: Lower basket slowly into hot oil. Set timer (external).
  4. Lifting: Press LIFT button to raise basket. Allow to drain over tank for 10-15 seconds.

  6. Filtering: Perform daily filtration when oil is between 225°F - 275°F. Press FILTER button and follow prompts.

Filtration & Cleaning

Daily filtration extends shortening life. Weekly cleaning maintains performance.

Daily Filtration: 1. Heat oil to 250°F. 2. Press FILTER. 3. Open drain valve, allow oil to pump into filter tank. 4. Clean fry tank interior. 5. Close drain valve, press FILTER to return oil.

Weekly Cleaning: 1. Cool unit completely. 2. Drain all oil. 3. Remove baskets and scrub tank with fryer cleaner and nylon brush. 4. Rinse thoroughly and dry. 5. Refill with fresh shortening.

CAUTION! Always cool oil before draining. Wear protective gloves and eyewear.
